As long as your chosen name is available you can start trading through your Company using your company name once your Certification of Incorporation has been emailed to you - usually within 3 working hours of you placing the order.

From April 2008 you need only to appoint one Director in order to form a limited company. Once your company is formed you can apply for your own FREE business bank account.

You will need a UK registered address to form a company. If you are based in Northern Ireland and do not have a UK registered address, you will need to contact the Northern Ireland Registry on 0845 604 8888
You will need to enter the following "electronic signature" information for all Director(s) and Secretary(ies) before your company can be formed: 3 of these: town of birth, telephone no, NI no, passport no, mothers maiden name, eye colour, father's forename, so please ensure you have these to hand before starting.
